My daily exercise routine

Some people wonder how I maintain a good body curve despite being such a huge glutton. Of course, every achievements comes with constant effort and perseverance.

Besides my relatively high metabolism, I do simple exercise every nights to keep myself fit. Below are my personal tips.

Daily exercise routine:
500 skipping ropes reps |1| |2| (variation: jogging style)
10 push ups (min.)
15 sit-ups
20 ab crunches |1|

Apart from the above, I also go for outdoor sports at least once a week like jogging or swimming. This also assists in blood circulation and keep your mind more awake and physically less exhausted.

Yet, this is not enough.
Watch over your diet too!

Though I didn't specially pay attention to mine, my food preference are generally healthier and simpler than an average individual. My sense of taste is quite sensitive so that kind of results in me being quite picky in my eating choices and sometimes a food critic. ( ^ ^")

I know many people have bad diets like eating snacks, ice-cream, soda drinks and many more. For the sake of your health, substitute those to something else.

For example, change...

Ice-cream/cakes → Plain yoghurt
Soda drinks → Green Tea, Fruit Juices (often avocado milkshake or real orange juice)
Potato chips → Baked products
Bar Chocolate → calbury hot chocolate package drink (if really cannot tahan!)

That's roughly about it. You may leave a comment below if you wish to know more tips! :)
Hope it helps!

NUS Ice-Cream Giveaway!

Some sneak peeks at my event coverage for NUSSU Welfare Ice-cream giveaway!

Everyone are smiling happily queuing up for free ice-creams in such a warm day.

At the same time, have you forgotten to show a sense of appreciation to the noble man working hard under the hot sun distributing this source of happiness? :)

During my filming, about every 1 out of 2 students forget to say thank. Despite his injury and the unappreciative attitudes expressed by some of students, he continued to smile and thank everyone sincerely who queued for his ice-cream.

His positive and undefeatable spirit is admirable.

A little act of kindness can make someone's day.
Never take things for granted, never forget to say 'thank you'.

Re-considering my career path

Was having dinner with my former superior last night.

He rang a bell in my head, my passion for filming and acting that I been doing for the past few years, but why did I not keep a record or portfolio of all the achievements and credits of what I had done.

I replied naively, "Cos' I do not want fame, I only do them for the sake of hobbies and monetary benefits."
It stroke me.

How am I able to get introduce to jobs and earn more without my talents being recognized?
I know, I'm lucky to possess them.

Suddenly I felt ashamed. All my efforts go down to the drain.
Fame is like flame, it will burn and I can't handle it well for sure.

Time to create my portfolio. Take one step at a time.
