MOE shooting

2nd day of MOE shooting. Probably the most energy-consuming shooting thus far cycling, running and doing almost everything under the Sun for the whole day.

Feeling a little dizzy. Now I finally know where my limit is! :p

Wrap up for the day!
One last day shooting for this project tomorrow.

Goodnight... :)

Improvements!

Had 3rd vocal training today! After a 'fierce' lesson last year, I continued to practice hard on my breathing techniques and finally witness some improvements. My poor habit of moving up my shoulder too much while singing has gone and I'm breathing it right in the diaphragm.

However, though the coach was a little glad for me, I wasn't much satisfied. By changing my vocal breathing, I'm restricted from singing and hitting the keys comfortably. Have to breathe deep and stand up straight at all time.

At least by breathing it right, my vocal cords don't hurt anymore. More rooms for improvements! :)

~~~
Went for a few auditions for the past one week. Why do I kept feeling not right?
I still remember, there was once when a producer told me my spirit seems a little dull. Quite a number of people in the past year said my eyes looked restless, even my mom reminded me of this too.
Wonder if I'm working too hard without noticing.. Now I just have to keep reminding myself to be energetic all the time and open my eyes wide! Hahaha..
To end the day, a good advice from one of my vocal classmate: "To break down the concrete walls between you and the other, stand on the same level as him or her."
Goodnight!
2013 First Revolution (The path)
Here comes my first part. Ahemmm.. *clear throat*
How to be cheerful & honey spiritually?
1) Smile to yourself in the mirror every morning. Appreciate and praise yourself.  "You can do it!"
2) Be positive at all times! "There's nothing good or bad, but thinking makes it so." - Shakespeare
3) Love yourself! Eat healthily, exercise regularly and sleep well! Dress up and carry yourself well. A sign of mutual respect for you and others.
4) Do what you believe in. Say what you mean. As long as your conscious is true.
5) Discipline! Focus on one thing at a time. Force yourself to switch off the computer screen or TV without interesting programme (save the Earth too). Study when study. Read when read. Listen when listen. Have fun have fun.
6) Do not lie, exaggerate or swear. Dishonesty and hatred repel positive energy.
7) Listen to happy yuppie music every days or nights.
8) Laugh it off! your own mistakes. But remember hard not to do it again.
9) Do your best in everything. Without getting over serious and affect others around you.
11) Read constructive or interesting books to build up your intellectual and exposure level.
12) Hang out with friends. Build rapport and invite positive energy.
13) Be understanding, however not weak. A true wisdom to be happy.
14) Have a peaceful mind. "Reflection of the day", and what and how to improve the next day.
One last thing to share before turning in,
Galatians 5:16-26:
"So I say, walk by the Spirit, and you will not gratify the desires of the flesh. For the flesh desires what is contrary to the Spirit, and the Spirit what is contrary to the flesh. They are in conflict with each other, so that you are not to do whatever you want. But if you are led by the Spirit, you are not under the law.
The acts of the flesh are obvious: sexual immorality, impurity and debauchery; idolatry and witchcraft; hatred, discord, jealousy, fits of rage, selfish ambition, dissensions, factions and envy; drunkenness, orgies, and the like. I warn you, as I did before, that those who live like this will not inherit the kingdom of God.
But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, forbearance, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, 23 gentleness and self-control. Against such things there is no law. Those who belong to Christ Jesus have crucified the flesh with its passions and desires. Since we live by the Spirit, let us keep in step with the Spirit. 26 Let us not become conceited, provoking and envying each other."
- Apostle Paul
Side note: Law = The Torah
Sleep well. Sleep tight.
